"Interesting Idea ?. Might be worth a second try? It was my first time trying oberweis. The Black Cherry Ice Cream was great. It had an amazing black cherry and cream. The Dulce de leche ice cream was nothing special. I have had it before at other places and remembered it. Here it was almost just normal. I guess the biggest gripe was service. I understand places being short Staffed but they had 5 People working behind the counter. It was one Cashier plus 4 people making the ice cream. I was surprised it took so long. I understand a second cashier was needed but not sure what else. Maybe I am just wrong ."

"Told the guy at the counter this was my first time in the store. He looked at me and walked away. I made selections from the pre-packaged case, I paid and included a tip. He bagged my items and handed them to me without even a thank you. I told him thanks and have a nice day and again he said nothing. It’s unlikely I will return to experience such underwhelming customer service."
