"Spicy bowl even when I did not specify for anything spicy, for one. Two, they forgot the utensils and condiments when I specifically asked for them. And three, I ordered the Matcha Ice Tea and it is not good whatsoever. Not sweet, no flavor, super bitter and super powdery. Highly recommend not ordering it."
