"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite making reservations through OpenTable and receiving a confirmation text, the manager informed us that they do not honor OpenTable reservations because they were not notified about them. To make matters worse, we were moved to three different tables while dining with a group of seven people. Initially, a table with 'reserved' signs appeared to be ours, only for another staff member to inform us it was not. We were then seated at a table already occupied by others, causing us to cobble together a few small tables to finally accommodate all of us. The overall experience was subpar, and the food itself was mediocre at best."
