"First off I LOVE SONNY’s! I never knew it was a chain, I always thought it was just a yummy local place. (I lived in AZ and visited here) but our friends are visiting from out of town and haven’t had Sonny’s in YEARS. Drove 30 min to pick it up curbside, no issues, friendly staff. Of course we tipped. We drive 30 min back, warm the food, realize we’re missing our entire bag of cold food. We call for a refund. That manager can’t issue a refund? Nonsense! Tourist town, transient people, they aren’t going to spend another hour on the road for your mistake. Not even an apology, told her to call tomorrow to see if that manager can do anything…like she was being bothered by the complaint. I didn’t expect butts to be kissed, roses sent, a full refund etc…but come on Lynn Gaven Sonny’s Manager, maybe you take HER number and have the other manager call her because your employees caused a problem. just sayin, I won’t be doing curbside again. Still going to enjoy your deliciousness. Y’all can do better tho."
