"because last week I talked to them about an order and was told by the baker, everything is good what she could do, and then I send them today about the price so that I could go on and pay, and the owner says that they can not do the week of ordering for 2 birthdays. bad business and now I'm running to find a baker at the last moment, if this were my business, I would have contacted the customers last week! if I hadn't received them by email, I would have had to show up to get the cake of my cream, and the worse part is the owner rude and unhappy!"

"All right! The amount of food you receive for the price alone is generous. The quality makes it incredible. I usually order the Wasabi kick four pieces with green and I have enough for lunch and dinner, for less than $15. The chicken is in God knows what, I think, a kind of rice flour combination, but its extremely crispy, also sat in the sauce, and it keeps so much alertness in the chicken. The claw is very good. And they also have local beers and drinks to buy. The ranch they do is AMAZING, their not normal ranch. It's something magical. Very consistent, every time I get his big one. No bad experience. 5 stars no competition."

"I just love this place!!! They have a proper choice of bagels, including French toast, and Rosemary cracked pepper, which are hard to find. They are always extremely friendly, and efficient The food is always fresh and delicious! I live in West Philly and have to travel a bit of a distance to get there, however I never regret it, definitely my number 1 Bagel shop in the city."

"ALWAYS such a great choice for ice cream!!!! Last night got the Graham Central Station in a cup and it never disappoints. Line was long (for good reason! but service was fast so it went by quickly. Went there around 8/9 PM and there was people taking it to go and sitting around outside!"

"I wish I had tried this place sooner. Been wanting to since I moved here a year ago and finally took the opportunity right before moving away this week. My taste buds were incredibly happy. I ordered Midnight Madness and Monkey Business and was floored by both of them. The texture is perfectly creamy and it's a perfect ratio of cookie/brownie/ripple to ice cream. My dog loved her pup cone at well! Do yourself a favor and stop in for the best ice cream I've ever had. I can't imagine you'd be disappointed."

"Super delicious ice cream flavors!! My kids and I enjoyed Handel's for the first time this afternoon and we would highly recommend them over regular ice cream shops like Baskin Robin's! Handel's variety of ice cream are outstanding!! : D My only wish is that they'd offer samples for the little ones, just in case they choose a flavor they don't actually end up enjoying. : The staff could work slightly on their customer service and smiles but I suppose we can't ask for it all. ??????????? All in all, the quality of the product was excellent and the quality of service was just okay."

"This location is so classic feels like a movie scene. They offer a ton of selections for ice cream, shakes, sundaes, or to other floats. I love that they actually make their own ice cream daily and fresh. I ordered a root beer float I'm addicted to the root beer floats at Hansel's. This location is very classic and unique. They have only outdoor seating, no public restrooms, and a private parking lot. The staff here are all so outgoing and welcoming. Keep in mind when you order to wait for it at the window and not walk away. They do their best to bring your order out the window as fast as they are able to. Overall a pleasant experience I loved visiting this location. Highly recommend a visit especially if you're into outdoor dining and ordering."
