"The service at the restaurant was very slow. Our food sat in the pass for almost 10 minutes, so by the time it was brought out, it was barely warm. Our appetizer also arrived late and was left abandoned in the window. We were seated right next to the stone oven pass, so we could see our food just sitting there waiting to be served."
