"I made an order for a delivery and one of the meals was wrong, you are the building attached to my apartment building. When I called, it became an argument about fixing a Quesadilla, although we just spent $50 on the dollar on cakes and food. When it was agreed to fix it I went back sadly in the restaurant with my phone charge and the owner came to me and said I know who you are And you never order anything. I just moved here from Florida so he has no idea who I am. I let my loss go and go without the remake and I will never spend money again here arrogant and I encourage someone else to go somewhere else.... very terrible company"

"Jimmy's Grand Cafe in the Bronx, on Castle Hill Avenue, is absolutely superb in their food, service, atmosphere, and pricing. The restaurant is the hidden gem of the Bronx. This was my third time there and the experience only continues to get better! The spacing is great, they have the music going, their food options are awesome, and their ambiance is wonderful whatever the occasion is, date night, family night, any time, excellent restaurant. You won't be disappointed!"

"The staff was eager to make a sale, but they didn’t communicate to us women that dining in the restaurant incurs a higher cost compared to takeout. We only learned this after we had already seated ourselves, while the men who came in afterward were informed about it. Please avoid advertising Puerto Rican food when it doesn’t reflect the true essence of our cuisine."

"I give this restaurant 4.5 stars. The ambiance was fantastic and the service was outstanding. The food at this Latin American-based restaurant was unique and overall I enjoyed my meal. I ordered Huevos Rancheros with a half order of Cuban Toast and a side of potatoes with sautéed bell peppers and onions. While the Huevos Rancheros were a bit bland, the Cuban Toast and Potatoes were delicious. The Mimosas were perfect, with just the right amount of champagne and a hint of orange juice. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends. By the way, Taylor, our server, was great and very informative."

"worse place ever . the owner is always so rude for me when I come into this and they always try to overcharge me for eating. I went there to buy food and they wanted $10 something for the plate of food, but the next day I had my friend going into the load for me and she ordered the same thing and they accused her $8.80 for it. I would not recommend this place."
