"Large Italian Restaurant with Plenty of Options!Party of three for a business lunch. We got to Eddie's right as it opened. Staff was pleasant and ready to assist. Our server was helpful with explaining menu options. We started off with waters and ice teas. Cold and delicious. Next, we moved on to the fried ravioli. This appetizer started in St. Louis, MO and Eddie's does a good job representing this dish! About 8 small, fried ravioli's came out with marinara and ranch dipping sauces. This day was a salad day and WOW the size of these salads were impressive as was the freshness of the greens, meats and cheeses. To brag about salad is something and these are something. For us, we each got a box to take the leftover salad for a snack later in the day or for lunch again the next.I will be scrolling through their menu to see what else I might order when I return."
