"Go for a simple but guaranteed delicious pasta option I stopped to pick up some of our favorite dishes on Saturday night that it would probably be crazy. Since there was luck, there were some problems and they were streaming their limited staff into just pizza and salads. The staff was apologetic, but, even if busy and limited, were professional and friendly. The best part was pivotable to try a pizza we never had and find a new favorite. Your spicy fennel sausage pizza will be a regular choice for us now. We were impressed by their difficult decision to narrow their menu, but better to compromise the number of decisions than the quality of food. We'll be back soon."

"I love their minestrone soup. Truly. But each of the last three times i have come to this location, it has been a frustrating and incomplete experience. Each time I have either left empty handed or had to wait hours to get what I had ordered. Just stay away from this location. They are nice but after three tries on simple orders, come on! Today I ordered through DoorDash. I specified a time, placed the order and got two confirmations from DoorDash. I also got charged. When I arrived there was only one person on duty. The others, including the manager, were either delivering or offsite. The young man said they had no order for me. I showed him the confirmation and he said they have a lot of problems with DoorDash and GrubHub. To the point that no orders make it from those platforms to their store. YET THEY STILL USE THEM. The store is listed on both sites. So I was told I needed to fix the issue and call DoorDash. Ok I get that but knowing your link to these websites doesn 't work AND YOU CONTINUE TO USE THEM is maddening. So their failure to work out the issues with these websites is my problem. Talk about passing the buck. They should remove their location from those sites. am no longer going to try and support this neighborhood shop. Ill get the soup froma location three miles away instead."

"Visiting Galveston , but visiting this place for first time , great service ! The garlic knots were all that maybe a tad burnt not much flavor , but we were hungry so we tore into them . The pizza was one of the pepperoni dishes not the custom , and this was a medium pizza , I wished I tried there giant slices ! But pizza was good and there tiramisu was awesome ! If I could give 3 and a half starts I would , not fully four since I haven?t tried everything yet ."

"The first time in this place. The food was great! I usually expect that. I like the big parts. I always have a whole meal for later. This location was really clean and tidy. Unfortunately, the service was fair. Very slow and not attentive. There was even a woman who looks like a manager and could physically see her employees in the weeds with telephone orders, running food and cleaning tables. Has not even lifted a finger to get a refill / napkins / togo boxes. All these things were missed by the visit. Will definitely be back and go again!"

"Kale krust pizza that?s delicious is all I have to say about the new pizza you can order. I recommend any of their pizzas. The cauliflower comes out how and crispy. You can end you meal with dessert. They make a great chocolate cake and cheesecake. If you?re going with a group of friends they have plenty of appetizers you can try too. Oh, and don?t forget about the pasta it?s very filling. They have a butternut squash dish that will make you order one to go. It?s rightspacious on the inside with a patio in front for patrons who want to sit outside or enjoy eating with their pets."

"Horrible I ordered lunch and plastic ware was not in my to go order I go back into store and ask the cashier for plastic ware he says I can’t have it and dismissed me. I said I just placed an order do you have plastic ware he says no I said give me some to go silverware he goes to the back and another employee throws the forks on the ground to the cashier and he then attempts to bring silverware to me I declined. Horrible don’t go extremely disrespectful and unsanitary."

"We were referred to try this restaurant by a server in an adjacent restaurant the day before. My husband was eager to try the restaurant after a long day of military drilling with early morning starts. We drove through Friday evening traffic from anearby surburb passing many other restaurant options including those there in the StoneHill shopping complex. Although ourserver was kind and apologetic, they seemed very inexperienced in having the ability to take initiative and communicate withtheir staff. After we ordered our pasta that would be a single dish without accompanying sides, we asked if bread is availablewhile placing the order. We were advised that after 5pm is their busiest time, so they were out of bread at the time that theyare aware will be the busiest for them daily. We were also told they were short staffed with only one cook who is able to makebread although others with aprons were in the kitchen area that can 't assist. Keep in mind that this is a restaurant that makespizza, which is bread with toppings that customers were ordering and receiving. We asked if we can get the bread with the mealwhen it 's available since we have to wait for the meal to be served. The server said they would try to serve it with the meal.4 individuals who arrived at the same time as us received their full meal of various meal varieties while we continued to waiton our lasagna 30 minutes later as we did not order other appetizers and there were no complimentary substitutes. The serversaid they would check on the bread 's cooking time status, but could never provide any time estimate to us making us questionwhether they were asking the cook at all. 2 individuals next to us arrived at the same time as us ordered bread received itrather quickly within 10 min with their full meal being delivered within 30 min that included pasta. I asked how thoseindividuals were able to get bread since they were supposed to be out of it at the time of both of our arrivals whil"
