"Amazing Customer Service from Staff and Manager!!! I placed a mobile order on my phone and it was accidentally sent to the Potbelly's in my hometown in the other side of the country (totally my fault for not checking! . The people at this location were super nice, helped me cancel the order that I paid for on the mobile app, made my order and even honored the perk I used for part of my order. I usually don't leave reviews but I am incredibly impressed with this location's professionalism and customer service. I will definitely be back!"

"what a fabulous place! we went to family dinner on Thursday night and everything was delicious. we ordered zapiekanka, pierogi, filled cauliflower, potato pancakes and of course kielbasa. for meat lovers I recommend their gondelka. the piece of meat was bigger than my child's head!"

"Delicious food and plenty of options to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed the nachos with chicken as an app. It felt lighter and healthier then typical nachos elsewhere. Atmosphere was nice and the place was lively. Looking forward to heading back! Only complaint is our waitress did not check in with use from the time our app was served to the time she asked if we wanted our bill. We ran out of water at the start of our meals and were unfortunately quiet thirsty."

"This Subway experience was quite disappointing. I used to own 3 very busy Subway shops in the area while I was in college, so I understand that things can get hectic, but the customer service at this particular location is the worst I have ever encountered. They aren't even as busy as other Subway locations, so there is no excuse for their behavior. Despite living nearby, I made the effort to drive to other locations to avoid the unpleasant workers here. I am writing this review in the hopes that the management will take notice and address the issues with their staff. I have had multiple bad experiences with both the day and night crews. They openly complain and gossip about customers in front of them, which is extremely unprofessional. I even had an employee roll their eyes at me for requesting my sandwich be heated before being toasted. As someone who has been a part of the company for 9 years, I know the proper procedures for making sandwiches, and it is clear that they are not being followed at this location. The staff also engage in inappropriate conversations while preparing food, which is off-putting. I have never been greeted with a smile here, and overall, I feel unwelcome every time I visit. Despite living just 3 minutes away, I will continue to drive further to get a better experience at a different Subway. I am not sure where the negativity stems from, but I do not want it in my life. Making a sandwich should not be this difficult."

"Food was made good, steakhouse is always good. I did find out something very disappointing in this franchise and is against the law. I was paying by card and the machine asked if you would like to tip. I was leaving a tip and the young ladies working here said, no tip, stop . It was to late and it scanned my card. I asked why and they said that the owner never gives them the tip 's customers leave. Very disappointed and sad and should be looked into further. Shame on this franchise owner."

"I really wanted to find a good deli in Nashville but this is definitely not it!!! Ordered the Pastrami sandwiched and it had to be the dryest sandwich of all time. Sandwich did not have much meat on it at all for the price either. Potato salad was just ok and that was the highlight of the meal. Will certainly not be returning! Massive waste of $20"

"I recently stopped by this restaurant to pick up lunch and was impressed by the friendly and helpful older gentleman working there. Despite having a rough week, he made me laugh by jokingly putting a small amount of extra salad on my sandwich. We chatted as he made my sub, and I left with a smile on my face. The sub was delicious and fresh, and we both agreed that the tomatoes were particularly tasty that day. Thanks to the great customer service and tasty food, I will definitely be returning to this place more often."

"absolutely fantastic! I went to lunch today as I do most days, and ordered her Baja chicken, which is always delicious. the team is always friendly and helpful in my decision making. I found out they were family owners and they can really say with the quality customer service.
