"This was my first visit to Hakkasan, and I was a bit reluctant to choose it for my solo dinner, because the tasting menus the restaurant offers look amazing but require a party of 2 or more. That was my only disappointment in the experience. Staff was incredibly attentive the entire meal, including the hostess who seated me and provided some initial recommendations, and my server Alfred, who made the meal very enjoyable. The restaurant ambiance is secluded and quiet, which is a nice respite from the casino floors. The food was fantastic, and I would recommend to anyone who is considering booking their table now. I tried shumai (shrimp and pork dumplings), and the roasted Chilean sea bass with a side of green beans. The appetizer came with 4 dumplings, which was more than a single diner needed, but with noting if you'll be visiting with a group. The sea bass was a perfect portion for me, and I still do not know how they were able to roast the fish and get such beautiful color while keeping it incredibly tender. The green beans were my favorite part of the meal. I will for sure be ordering them again when I find myself back here. Lastly, I tried their signature cocktail, the Hakkatini, which was a nice start to the meal. Heavy citrus flavor, but I was glad to switch to a glass of Sauvignon Blanc with my entree. For dessert, I tried the espresso martini, which was delicious. I appreciate espresso martinis that emphasize coffee and vodka, and aren't overly sweet or creamy. This one was perfect. I was a very happy guest through the whole visit!"

"From the reviews, I expected so much more, but with everything, it was hit and miss for my personal liking. Only 2 elevators were working out of the 5. Apparently, the hotel switch elevator companies and the new company are not the best. Our couch in the room had a stain that was ungodly. There was a ripped carpet in the room. The bathroom was amazing. The layout was perfect minus the coffee machine being in there. The casino was very nice. There are a lot of options to play. Here's where it gets tricky. We personally called for room service. We were told it would be after 3 pm. We informed them it was only one bed, and we had taken the linen off so they would know which one. We leave the facility and return back about 5:45. We called again, and the representative said she would have it assigned. 6:40 still no linen. I called again. The representative at the desk said it had We refused service at the 3pm mark and the 5:45 mark. So floor 24 has a room service ghost. It will decline your services you personally call for multiple times. Eventually, you will get linens dropped off at the door for you to put on.Same experience for ordering towels. However, the towels never arrived. On our last day, the water was scorching hot. It was impossible to take a shower. It literally felt like you were burning. There was absolutely no cold water mixing. It was pure fire.Nearby activities: In walking distance to aquarium, children's museum and shopping."
