"We really like this McDonalds. The service is fast, the restaurant is clean,and the customer service is nice, especially from an older man who makes us feel very welcomed everytime we come here. He is always cleaning, smiling and doing a much better job than most employees much younger than him. There are flowers in each table which makes the McDonalds look homey and not like a fast food place. We're very happy with this location, we'll definitely be back!!"

"This restaurant truly excels in creating a respectful and gender-neutral atmosphere. It's an excellent choice if you're looking for a family-friendly environment, despite the lively setting. The staff and management are incredibly accepting and understanding, and there are rarely any complaints from patrons. The place is clean and well-sanitized, making it a pleasant spot to dine. I consider it one of my favorite places in Toccoa. One of my favorite managers, Sarah McCracken, adds to the wonderful experience, and I genuinely love this restaurant. The staff is top-notch!"

"First off the employees here don't understand English AT ALL!! I'm definitely ok with many and all people of the world as I am hispanic myself but if you're in Austin tx at one of the busiest McDonald's, we'll fast food chain in the world there should be someone working that can understand what i need a refund since my card only had certain amount that at the time I wasn't aware of and didn't bring any cash with me . It took 4 people too try too understand what I was saying and even then I haven't seen the refund on my bank statement. I call yesterday too ask too speak with the manager and she was the rudest person I've EVER spoke too on the phone in my entire life. It was very poor customer service especially, when I came across nice just trying too explain the situation. I will never be taking my business Here and it's sad because I love my mcds."

"The place was beautiful looking. The only drawback was the workers. You're nice people, sometimes just forget. I can come by the fact that they forgot my drink and other quarters as a big order and I worked for a time in the food service. The espresso machine went into the cleaning mode when I placed and frapped with an espresso shot for my mocha, which I understand, machines do that. Whatever you do, if you promise to a customer, do not give up this promise (how to refund money)."

"This is one of the better locations food wise but they are way understaffed. I fully get that it 's not completely their fault but they really need to work on getting more employees. 2 employees working dinner rush is not enough. Edit 7-22: they got better until about late june and it 's gotten bad again. Long lines, cold food, slow employees. To their credit they rarely screw up my order its just usually cold. Constantly going down hill employees. Rude lazy employees. Sit in the drive thru for 5 minutes at the speaker box waiting on the employee. No answer. Drive around the building and they are outside smoking. Go inside to get cold fries. Order from the electronic order board thing. No receipt. Ask employee and he just shrugs and says unna know I assume that was I don 't know. I 'm done with this awful location. I have given them months to hopefully get it together but nah. I have never called corporate on a store but I think I 'm doing it this time. There is something to be said about the consistency though. Having one bad visit is whatever it happens everywhere but the consistency of being cold food and terribly lazy employees is impressive. At least you know you 're gonna get angry going there."

"Went through drive thru for a quick breakfast sandwich and my husband ordered sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo, and I ordered the same. The service was so fast!! There were 5 cars in front of us and we were at the window in less than a minute. I couldn't believe how fast the service was! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I would definitely recommend this restaurant! I love it!!"

"From what I have viewed and being in the drive through lines from it being very long and busy to it being slow and going fast to being able to go inside and order, Most of the people her complaining under these reviews are rude customers and have no patience. I have been coming her for the past 5 years, I have seen many employees leave and I have seen that many new ones come in, I have even spoken to the regulars employees who are almost there everyday saying how they are understaffed or don’t have enough bodies would love to open lobby up but are short handed and always get swarmed during rush time. I have seen many people get impatient, be extremely rude or snatch either there food or drinks from the window employee or better yet just cause a fuss over there own entitlement. These workers are hard workers, they wake up every morning to come and serve y’all just to simply get backhand reviews or give the half truths of the way y’all view it. So take it from someone who has good spot for this place the regular employees that work hard to serve y’all almost everyday!"

"The staff here are hardworking, positive, and friendly. The food is excellent in its simplicity. I really enjoy the fish sandwich—it's delightful on its own, especially with the fantastic sauce and top-quality fries. I'm a fan of plain, unsweetened iced tea, but I can't recall if they offer that, so I’ll need to go back and check. Plus, you can't beat their prices!"
