"I ordered lunch online for myself and a coworker today and we got two sandwiches. Based on the options online, I asked for avocado to be added to my sandwich for a small charge and hers with NO mushrooms or tomatoes. After we walked to the business, walked back to our work, my sandwich had no avocado and her sandwich had all the ingredients that were specified to no be put on it. I had to go to a meeting and she walked back to get a new sandwich and they refused to make her a new one even with the receipt. Terrible service. I would recommend going to a different branch.We check the receipt that was printed out at the store versus the one online and it is set up weird. Online we selected no mushrooms etc but on the store receipt it comes up as no Extra mushrooms, no extra tomato’s. Anyway, the employees should be able to read a simple order but apparently couldn’t and wouldn’t fix their mistakes."

"I do security at the Buro in Tysons. I have to say, it's sometimes a struggle to get a good healthy meal. I've ordered from here 3x and I've NEVER been disappointed! Food is fresh and delicious and the portions are great! I get the super combo with beef, chicken and rice. Awesome.Food: 5/5"

"Was there yesterday. Food was ok. The mosquito infestation inside the restaurant was appalling. My son and I got bit at least 10 times during the time we were there. We told the lady at the register and she said she “will email the owner.” We had to leave and eat outside. They need to take this seriously and get an exterminator. A problem like this should be recognized immediately and addressed right away. Will not go back."

"The food was absolutely delicious! However, although the cashier was friendly, she thought talking to her coworker was more important than attending to her customers. She actually gave my order to another customer. We were the only 2 customers in the restaurant. So I'm not certain if she just thinks all black people look alike or if she just didn't pay any attention to who she was giving the order to. Either way, that was very disappointing in my experience. Other than that the food was amazing and they even have dessert that was really good as well."
