"I have been to Cromwell’s many times, and the last few times it seems to be just okay. I love Mexican food and appreciate that it is so close and convenient when I crave Mexican, but this last time was just not good. Our server was not focused on what she was doing at all. Took so long to take a drink order and then a long time to deliver said drinks. That would not be so bad, but we also ordered guacamole, and when we had to wait an extremely long time for that, we flagged down the server and asked if she might have forgotten about it, and she said she thought we wanted it to be served with our meal. I am not sure why she would think this, but she brought it out quickly. Unfortunately, our meals came out moments later too. We both felt that she had a bit of an “attitude” that was not appreciated. Food was just so-so. With service being so poor, and food sub par, we will look elsewhere for Mexican in the future."
