"Update.. I have zero desire to speak to them. I have given my opinion, and added all the photos my recent experience. I will be boycotting this restaurant going further and will enjoy breakfast elsewhere.An absolute disgrace! They should be ashamed of themselves!I ordered meal through door dash for my family, the kids waffle came with hardly any batter, can barely call it a waffle- not at all worth the money. The kids pancakes were 1” in diameter when the website (and what we’ve had previously) show much bigger, at least 3-4” in diameter. Food came cold and gross. Ordered strawberries that were barely cut up and moldy.I will never ever order from here or go here again. Clearly someone dislikes their job here, or management simply doesn’t care what they send out. A complete waste of $60, I have to order new dinner from ihop for my kids now because of their incompetence and now when I went to go eat my food and found a thread baked into my French toast."
