"It was raining very hard I didnt have an umbrella. As you can imagine, I was soaking wet when I walked in. I had the reservations but my party was a half hour early. They very courteously showed us to a table waiter treated us very kindly throughout the entire meal. I was happy to tip the waiter over"

"So apparently even though you could make reservations on open table they were not honoring them because it was New Years. When I showed up I was told that there was a 45 minute wait for my reservation. Everyone one that game in with open table reservation was told the same thing. The man at the front never had the computer on to even check open table and told me they weren’t using it because it was New Years. Well at that point you are kinda stuck when you planned and made reservations ahead of time and then they won’t take you. Horrible service for the customer."
