"They charge $1 extra for guacamole and I didn’t see any on my taco. I brought it back in to get it fixed and they had me dig through the lettuce to identify a bit of green material present stuck between the lettuce. I guess that was the $1 of guacamole I paid for. I was sent on my way without any extra. Pretty lame."

"The food was fantastic and we got to try something new, which was really delicious. I wanted to share a picture, but my camera died and I can't remember the name of the dish for the life of me. It had a layer of chips and various other toppings with a delicious sauce drizzled on top, but it wasn't guacamole. I will definitely be ordering it again next time I visit. 5 stars for sure."

"They have abreviated hours but staffing seemed sufficient. We ate just before noon on a Saturday and there were only 2 other patrons inside and 3 cars in the drive-thru. Service was friendly and ready in a timely manner. Portion size was better than expected."

"My wife and I stopped here for lunch and we were not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and professional. My wife actually commented on that. The food was delicious and was prepared very quickly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. It was clean and comfortable. The location was clean. The parking lot was convenient to get into and out of. All in all, it was a great experience and we will be back for sure. Highly recommend."

"The service is average, and the food is decent. However, each time I visit, I notice that the portions of salad and cheese are getting smaller. It seems like the cashier in the drive-thru has to help in the kitchen, likely due to a staff shortage. I don't think it's a good idea for someone who handles money to be involved in food preparation—that’s a significant concern for me. Just my thoughts."

"Well, unfortunately just like any of the other Del Tacos I visit. This place didn't give me the full amount of Macho fries that I ordered and of course they were lukewarm and not made fresh. So far there is only one place that I've been to where they make them fresh every time you order and that's Bakers so if you want fries made when you order them, that would be Bakers, and they give you your full amount of fries that you ask for. I know it may seem a little trivial, but nowadays with the way prices are going up you should get exactly what you pay for and not the other way around! This I put the full blame on management and training. If you don't know how to manage your location and train your employees on how to properly take care of the customer, then don't be upset when people don't want to show up to your fast food or restaurant. I would just like to add that I wanted to give this place another chance. I ordered a 1/2-pound bean and cheese burrito and it had more salt in the burrito than in the fricken ocean!! "I spent almost $50 just to come home and realize that they didn't give me my drinks or 2 of my chicken rolls! They called them and said you just came back. okay, if it wasn't that late in the night and I didn't just get off the work from a double layer then maybe, but not if I'm so tired!"

"I usually enjoy my Del Taco dining experience, but I was disappointed when I arrived to order and found that the restaurant was completely out of condiments that are essential to my meal. Despite this, I had already placed my order and when I reached the window to pay, I was informed of the situation. I would have gone elsewhere if my food hadn't already been prepared, but I accepted it to avoid wastage. In the future, they should communicate this issue before customers order."

"Outstanding night team! There's been a complete turnaround compared to last year when the previous staff would frequently close early, often claiming their system was down. The new crew offers fantastic customer service and brings a positive attitude! Keep up the great work!"

"I was so excited for this place to open in edmond because I had heard good things about del taco. this place is rough. French fries with the tacos of my children?! really?! in the restaurant advertising hang signs that their salsa was fresh. I went to theke to ask for something salsa for my taco salad and was said they didn't have salsa, but they had taco sauce that they then handed me a few packages taco sauce. since then no more."

"Drive at 9:00. Fairy busy, thru went pretty fast, and the most beautiful, coolest, polite Drive-Thru type you ever met gave me our order and everything I had asked was in the bag. Even my 3x Xtra cheese on my Macho Beef Burrito w/no lettuce and no tomatoes was quite close to perfect. Pure gimmage! Euclid and the 91 Fwy in Orange County, CA. "I was forced to order food to use her bath. as a Uber driver and someone who helps to move the city, I make stops at refueling and fast food restaurants to use the bathroom. today was not a take, I was in the city of the city and stopped at this del taco to use the bathroom, and the hired told me that they used for paying customers and the bathroom, I need to buy something. So I gave a job and said that she didn't even have to do it because I wanted to use the bathroom. So I used the bathroom and left. I completely understand that they don't let me have their bathroom, but his “goodness and kindness” that was missing from this place. in a world you were all. not a del taco!"

"Nice clean place...although last time I got charged for a French fry and did not get it in the take out/drive through bag!!! I guess the worker was overworked and was too busy to make sure ...either way I should have double checked before leaving the driveway...didn't find out till I got home! Other than these types of issues it is a decent place for Mexican take out!"

"Traveled 20+ minutes to pick up for a delivery app. Store hours posted open until 2:00 am and the app support said open until 11:59 pm but the drive thru was closed and the team members Channing the trash cans said they had no idea how to use the delivery apps and claimed they had been closed for quite a while. Smh. The team members seemed irritated with me. I don’t know why, they seem to be payed for their time. Im not."
