"Just received our order, it was disgustingly BURNT!! The pizza was hard and tasted charred. I called to let them know about the order she said we could get a new pizza if we sent the old pizza back, I let her know that we work in a group setting and multiple people had already touched and gotten a few slices, so she (Shelly, was her name) just said we can just get 50% off of the next order.
