"The only employee that is very was Natalie she answered my questions, even though she was busy when I walked in. She also kept looking back to see if anyone was going to come up to the register to help me and no one came up. She finished counting the drawer and than ask me how can I help you. I ordered my food. The other girl Veronica was the one that gave me my food didn’t say a word put the small bag inside of the bigger bag and it was about to fall over. I looked over and asked Natalie if I can get a plastic bag she said yes but before she come get it Veronica turned around and pretty much threw it on the counter had an attitude the whole time. Veronica is very rude and always acts that way when I go there. My family and I do go there often. I am for sure going to put a review every time we do. The food was not the greatest to top it off. There was no one in the restaurant.We spend a lot of money here. Last time I was there was about 2 weeks ago and didn’t have the best experience at all today isn’t the 1st time I have gotten someone that has been rude or had an attitude, understand you choose your job No customer told you where to get a job so don’t take it out on customers. Find a new job if your not happy there. If your having a bad day you shouldn’t be taking it to work leave that at the door. It should NOT be taking out of paying customers at all."

"I rarely order from Carls Jr because it is very expensive. However, when I do decide to order, I typically enjoy the fried zucchini, which unfortunately seems to no longer be on the menu. This time, I ordered the Waffle Fries. I was extremely disappointed when I received a bag of cold, rubbery fries. For the price of $27.96 for a Charbroiled Chicken Club Sandwich and subpar fries, it was quite shameful. The food should have been amazing, hot, and fresh considering the high prices charged by Carls Jr. If the employees do not care enough to ensure that the food is served in a proper manner, they should be replaced with ones who do. Carls Jr has been serving the community in Morgan Hill for over 40 years, and it is surprising that they do not take more pride in their food and service. They should strive to do better for their customers."

"I waited in the drive-thru for 17 minutes before I had to leave or risk being late for work. Even after 17 minutes of placing my order, I still hadn't reached the payment window. The wait time was ridiculous, and I couldn't imagine how long it would have taken to actually receive my food. The person taking my order took several minutes to process a simple order for a Number Three meal with no modifications. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. However, the food probably would have been good."

"They can maybe be easily five stars when they have a complete staFF/crew that's been there and knowledgeable and have a good work ethic, and that is sometimes but it being a busy fast food restaurant with a high employee turnover rate, it can sometimes feel like a chaotic training ground. Yet, with it's convenient central midtown location with different businesses in every direction, and it's nicely sized parking lot and indoor dining areas and it's brightly colored attire usually kept nice and tidy given the amount of customers coming and going solo or in parties to either; dine-in and sit down and eat at a table, eat in their vehicle s in the parking lot outside or just to order and pick up through the drive-thru and drive and eat elsewhere : to me are five stars. The only thing for me that brings it down to four but not always is trained/knowledgeable staFF and the too often seemingly random quality of the availability of menu items and their presentations. Yet sometimes just great... ...yet if i go there and it stays weLL and consistent consecutively 4-5 times in a row and i'LL up my rating and edit my coMMent... They are a little pricey but they are quite fiLLing. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids meal and it's fiLLing and tasty too.Parking: Quite spacious almost never fuLL yet almost always occupied. C:"

"Ordered the guac burger in drive thru on lunch break. Got all the way back to work only to find out there was about a half a teaspoon of guac on my burger. Sooo disappointing. If im paying $12 for a burger i expect more than a drop of guac on it"

"I am sick to the dead of almost food restaurants and every business for this occasion that used to be a 24 hour service and now since kovid is like hit or miss. my problem with her hours is especially when I have some of the times I left carls jr. all the way from cornville on my motorcycle, when the website and Google search shows hours that they were open, I come there and either they are completely closed and earlier than it shows here or only the drive-thru is open that on a motorcycle creates a security problem. is customer service now a thing of pastness because since civid hit it seems to have left the building. I also find it interesting that the consideration of other reviews of the owner appears only in a generic way to evaluate which the problem has not explained in connection with the individual star review. why not react with some substance to evaluations, the very specific problems associated with sometimes some of the same problems I see listed in some of these complaints could eventually lead to a failure that could cost a owner some serious teig."
