"Missing one star because they don't seem to know how to cook fries at this location (which is disappointing because Scoobys fries are awesome). If you don't order them well done they will be soggy. I thought the first time was just a fluke, but it wasn't."

"I had a chicken bacon lunch sandwich here on my last visit to Chicago, it was great and the service was so good that I decided to return on this trip. I had a Speck Cheeseburger and Pommes and ordered two hot dogs for later. You have not disappointed!!! I highly recommend this place! the bag in the picture was half full of fries- I forgot a picture"
