"Wonderful! My husband and I were in town for a work/pleasure trip and wanted to get the the proverbial Chicago-Style pizza. We stayed in the River North area and couldn't find a reservation anywhere close. Pizano's Division St was a 15 minute Uber ride out, but ended up being a great decision ! Definitely a neighborhood feel and not downtown touristy. The staff was very attentive despite the fact there was a birthday celebration of 20 beside us. And of course...the pizza was fantastic! Better yet...fantastic without breaking the bank. Highly recommend and we would definitely go back!"

"I would avoid this place as I felt ripped off when I got to my destination for lunch. Three small barely seasoned ribs that were also cold literally out of the fridge cold, soft chewy fried okra, the hot link was decent but it's hard to screw up prepackaged meat. Skip this and go to Delano it's twice the food, 10 times the flavor and the same cost."

"We received the wrong order, which the server confirmed she had entered it incorrectly. The restaurant did nothing to correct this, including charging us for the incorrect order which was more expensive than the food we received"

"This is a great place for a quick dinner when reservations aren't an option. However, the Caesar salad had an excessive amount of dressing, so I would recommend asking for it on the side."

"Service was great, I had read other reviews and was expecting the staff to be fighting with each other. However they went our of their way to provide good service. My friend enjoyed the food but she likes her food bland. I thought everything was bland and pre-made, tasted like it was poured out of bag from the freezer. I have eaten at the one in Chicago and it was much better. We got the veggie pizza and the vegetables were watery."

"My daughter absolutely loves this place. I however have not been as impressed with my selections. The chunks of chocolate in the mint n chip and the galaxy ice creams are hard and don't really melt in your mouth. The chocolate dip for dipped comes also tasted heavily of coconut (probably due to coconut oil — but it distracted from the chocolate flavor). I'll likely try another ice cream without chocolate chunks the next time my daughter drags me in."

"I can't reply to the owner's comment, so I will explain my experience a bit. We got a pint to go which was fine, cinnamon flavor, but just nothing special. I wouldn't say this place is bad, just not outstanding to similar places in the area."

"Some of the best ice cream I've ever had in my whole life. And that's not a joke, the ice here is excellent. You have a lot of seasonal flavors, so make sure you talk to one of the super helpful girls behind the counter to find out if the taste will be gone after they empty all the ice. Everything is very fresh and is very well made you can taste the dedication that she put in her ice completely. I'm really not going anywhere else to the ice."
