"Okay CJ's, the only reason why you're not getting a 1-star rating from me is because your staff always have a pleasant demeanor. If my order was consistently correct and the food didn't have a strange taste (only at this particular location), I would give you a strong 3-4 stars. But overall, I still enjoy dining at CJ's, just not at the Winston exit restaurant."

"Better and better than Hardee. Very good breakfast with my son. Today were my first bad cookies and Gravy. I've been here before. It tasted like eating salad. A bad biscuits and Gravy won't stop me. It will be Carl's Jr to three Staff was kind and Polite. 11/16 A bacon egg and cheese biscuit for breakfast. It was delicious! 12/15 breakfast and staff are both excellent. 9/4/19 Biscuits and engraving with orange juice was delicious 9/5/19 Burger King was not open at 6 o'clock. So I came to Carl's Jr for breakfast Great place for breakfast every morning 11/16/20 Biscuits and Gravy great as before"

"continue to try to give this restaurant a chance, but in any case to agree with other reviews that it feels that the culture here is only so carefree and not pro customer. ordered online and when I got to the drive thru, I was told that their online system for a few weeks down. they asked for an email confirmation, but all I had received was a message from my bank that the accused was thru. They did my order, but I had to wait and I was told I should not order online instead of repairing it. they said they are a third party and there is nothing they can do."

"Wow! This restaurant was amazing! The food was incredibly fresh, and even though it was a bit cold, it didn't bother us at all. It was a Saturday night, so we expected it to be busy, but the service was on point. I ordered the Jalapeño Angus Burger Combo and my son got the Guacamole Bacon Angus Burger Combo - both were delicious! It was a bit pricey for delivery through Door Dash, but it was definitely worth it."

He was very polite and informed me about the waiting time for the chicken teeth in my order before they even add to make sure we were ready to wait. "I always forget how greasy Carl's Jr's burgers are. I ordered an El Diablo Angus Burger without bacon or a bun, and the grease soaked through the box. Not a huge deal, but... Yeah, not ideal either....The staff was extremely friendly and the lobby was clean. I ate dinner with my brother and we got our food pretty quickly. If the grease isn't an issue for you, I would recommend this location.Dietary restrictions: If you are on a low carb diet (Diabetic, Keto, Atkins, etc) you can order your burgers in a lettuce wrap or without buns."

"Their hand-breaded chicken sandwich is the bomb. I love it. Atmosphere was, to be honest, a little shady. I was alone in the drive-thru line pretty late at night and there were some intimidating characters outside, hanging out on a bench right by me. I had my doors locked and my window up when I didn't need it down, but I still felt a little paranoid given all the strange crime and car jacking going on all over the place. But I'm alive and my sandwich was awesome, so that's good!"

"The lady at the window was very kind and it didn’t take too long for the food even during rush hour! I got the chicken fingers which are amazing and the famous star burger which was good. Their fries are also good nice and crunchy. You do have to do take out right now though so keep that in mind."
