"Unusually horrible service and food! When we got to the payment window, our credit card was declined for $1.09. Seemed odd to me, but we just payed and called out CC company. The line moved horribly slow, if we could have gotten out of line, we would have left. We get to the window and we find out their systems have gone down. They ask us our order two different times before they ask us to pull around to the front. About 5 minutes after being parked, they come out and ask our order again. 5 minutes later they bring our order out without 2 items, and all the food was cold. They bring the rest of our food out, and it is only mildly warmer than the first batch. I ask for a receipt at this point and they can't provide one. They do offer for us to go back through the drive through for new food. We've already been here for nearly 30 minutes at this time. No, thank you. We have frequented this BK multiple times over the last year and never had service or food like this, but it will be a long time before I go back."
