"At about 11:25 AM today me and my family ordered food. My kids have a lot of allergies so it was very complicated order. The woman taking our order was doing her best to be patient. there was a little bit of miscommunication, We were all tired and hungry in the car, I raised my voice a little bit and the woman taking the order looked a little scared. I appreciated how they got the order right and helped me clarify everything. It is complicated enough to order with food allergies and The p terry staff kept cool under pressure. Thank you! I hope the manager on duty recognizes how well your employee handled our complicated situation. Next time I will try to be more kind. Have a great day!Thanks and keep up the good food. "C'mon P. Terrys, I've been eating your burgers since you first opened Barton Springs ..... but PLEASE keep the Mens bathroom cleaner in Lakeway. It always feels like I am in a gas station bathroom. Empty soap dispenser, mold?, floor always wet, never smells that great ..... do a better job please, the customers would appreciate it .... especially in Lakeway. I understand it's hard to get workers as it is out there, but maybe you should contract out the cleaning or something ..... just a suggestion."

"Staff were over the top, friendly and helpful. My bacon cheeseburger was bunched up into a ball and coved half the bun. It was cooked too long. dry as a bone, black. Had very expensive nice bacon that was was burnt. My husband's bacon was the same, but his burger was cooked right. Fresh cut fries were good. The girls were wonderful at knowing what was on the menu. I would try it again when passing through town and hope the burger and bacon are not way overcooked. "The interior has plenty of seating, and is quite clean for a burger chain. I appreciate how they had a dedicated worker attending to the cleanliness and orderliness of the interior (organizing the drink station, cleaning off tables, etc). The cashier was super friendly, and quite cheerful. I wasn't blown away by the speed of service, but I wouldn't classify them as slow (I also wouldn't classify them as fast). They have a drive-thru, and men's and women's restrooms. If you enjoy burgers, fries, and shakes, you'll really enjoy P. Terry's."
