"Holy smokes folks. Omaha... Omaha... SET! Hut, hut. Get to 801 if you 're in town. Kept it simple, 14 ounce New York (wet aged). Temperature was perfect medium rare plus. Seasoned perfectly. Light char. The surprise happiness arrived from a baked creamed spinach side. Wowzer. Ingredients: Grated Parmigiana cheese topper, finished under the broiler, soft and crispy amazingness. For the spinach goo, add flavors of Anissete Liqueur, Fennel Seed, definitely has fresh Garlic somewhere, a little salt and pepper. Diced Shallots. Then add the cream, which was reduced significantly (not a sloppy mess like most you 'll have). I 'm on the fence if this is the best creamed spinach I 've ever had. Pappas Bros. in Texas a close second or maybe first. Service was outstanding. Senor Rick was amazing at the bar. I had the don 't put baby in the corner bar seat and happy to have it.
