"I went on Saturday for a last meal, because I heard that the restaurant will be switched to a new concept permanently after Sunday (4/4). they make them order and start a register card about an app the waiters do not take their order and they will only bring them to eat. this is disappointing because ritual is a more or less elevated and full-fledged restaurant; if I am expected to pay $15 for a burger and pommes, then I also expect full service. if I have to order from an app, I would rather go to a fast casual restaurant. the menu is also more limited than what it used to be, which is not surprising as they will close after Sunday."
