"I went inside to order a salad and dessert at 5:15 pm. I told the To Go person that I would be in the curbside spot so he could bring it out. At 5:36 pm, I called to tell them I was waiting in the curbside parking. I was told it would be right out and he hung up on me. At 5:45 pm, I go back inside to see why it was taking so long. Another employee went to check and came to tell me it would be 10 more minutes. At 6:01 pm, I go back in to tell them to cancel the order. Another employee goes to the back and comes back up to tell me it just came out of the oven. I ordered a salad and dessert for heavens sake. Another employee got the manager. She came up to apologize and offer to refund my money. I get back to my hotel room to eat my salad. The avocado was so hard and not only looked like rubber but tasted like it too. I love avocado but I refused to eat that. On top of that, there was so much brown lettuce in it that I had to throw it away. I travel to this area and stay nearby but this is the LAST time I'll eat there."
