"The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was excellent, but they no longer allow customization for different cheeses. I appreciated that when I substituted kettle chips for fries, they were packaged separately to avoid sogginess. However, the BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad was a letdown. It wasn't actually chopped and was lacking in ingredients like black beans and corn. I've had this salad many times before, and this one was the worst. The Strawberry Cheesecake was okay when delivered, but the strawberry topping was watery and made the crust soggy. The cheesecake itself was good."
