"They don’t have enough staff or cooks to keep up with weekend volume. Checking in was a nightmare even with a reservation because the front person was out walking around doing the seating for the entire darned place. For example, a reservation only had us acknowledged at and then seated at so what’s the point? We were there for almost three hours and had one set of beverages refilled, and the food took a literal eternity to come out.Flip side, the waitress was wonderful. The food was amazing too, which I’m thankful for. Booth was nice if you get the ones without the lamp cover, it’s like the sun is hovering inches from your face, lol.It’s definitely an OK place, and really really clean, even in the public areas, just everywhere else’s service is way better for probably less the price too"
