"The food can be really great and the staff can be nice. I’ve been in here a few times over the months and the wait times can be quite sporadic. I went for a pick up that wasn’t ready when I arrived. It took an additional 30 or so minutes. I asked if I could leave and get a refund, but they convinced me to wait. No gestures of kindness, just a sorry and forgetting to give me chop sticks somehow. This was just for 2 orders of sushi rolls, nothing extravagant. Not sure I can recommend this place on the service but the food is OK. I think Boulder has better with similar prices and more consistent service."
