"It’s pretty rare I give a restaurant 5 stars, but this bistro deserved it. I ate there twice during my stay at the Sound Hotel in Seattle, and was not disappointed! The Salmon Caesar salad was perfect! Just the right amount of dressing, salt and the fresh salmon grilled to perfection, with a very nice summer Rose and I was completely satisfied. The next morning, breakfast was just as good with a perfectly cooked, seasoned veggie scramble and fresh fruit cup. But most of all the bar and server staff were so friendly, easy to talk to and just made my visit so pleasant! I highly recommend Currant Bistro!"
