"We ordered about 8 cookies. Cookies were very good. Unfortunately, one of the cookies was underused. The Sickerdoodle was raw in the middle. I raised my concerns with the three young adults who work there at the time. With an answer? That's how we cook them. People here like it.? I then said I'm sorry, but I don't like raw cookies I can only do it for another sicker doodle that cooks a little more. I've been hit again? I can give you your money back if it's such a problem. I assured them that I was just looking for an exchange because the one cookie was too raw for me. Customer service needs help here. The biscuits were fine, but being filled with aggressive reactions over an underused cookie is somehow absurd."
