"Rating: Tons of stars! I eat here frequently and have been a loyal customer for many years. However, I do have a couple of concerns. I made a reservation for 8 o'clock this morning, but when we arrived, it seemed like they didn't acknowledge it, and we had to wait an hour for a table. The restaurant isn’t very large, so standing at the door in winter while people are trying to come in and out can be quite uncomfortable. Once we finally sat down, it took a bit of time to place our orders, and we had to ask for water for the table. The food here is always great, which I really appreciate. But on a busy Saturday evening, I believe they need to better manage their reservations and staff to improve the experience for everyone."
