"This is by far the best beef noodle soup I have ever had. Don't be fooled by the other Lanzhou that is closeby and is in a bigger plaza. This one is a smaller restaurant and very limited menu.I got the dry beef noodle and it was delicious. The beef was so tender and the noodles were so QQ! perfect texture! I must say, my friend got the spicy noodle soup.... It was the best. It's the mala spice (numbing with szechuan peppercorns) and I was in heaven with the flavor!!! The soup was flavorful. I want to go back here again and I can't wait for my next meal here!"
