"I sung here on a Thursday night in the holiday season with a business customer. I had a confirmed reservation for one table for two. when we arrived, our table was not finished, the maitre apologise and we were offered a few glasses prosecco to wait at the bar. after an hour of it, without table available, we have accepted to dine at the bar, surrounded by club music and a big birthday party, not my idea of a business dinner. the wee I wanted was not available, so the server placed four bottles in front of me, three I recognized from the weeping list and considered inconspicuous, a chianti, a ripasso, and an Argentinian malbec, all price under $80. a fourth bottle was a 2012 california taxi when I asked about it, I was told that it was a small amount of imported, and that it no longer knew. I thought it was in the same price class, I ordered it. the food was good; the oysters were tasty and the steactare, while coarser than what I am used to was really flavored and had good taste and texture. at least we were satisfied with eating. then the bill came. the secret taxi from California was $160. I was exaggerated. as the jerk went on around me, I decided to criticize it for my mistake because I did not ask the price, so I paid the bill and went. two days later I feel different now. I think it was the responsibility of the server to point out that this bottle was the double money of the others that were presented to me. therefore I share this experience with them so that others do not repeat my mistake. I like this restaurant, but I didn't like this special experience. in retrospect, as soon as it became clear that I didn't want to get one table, we should have left and I should have avoided writing this review."
