"It's fresh Mexican food. I feel like I'm used to fat being the star. To me the acid is the star. We ended up getting the octopus, potato tetela, mole, duck, and meringue. Octopus was amazing, one of the best dishes. So often french cooking is just thought that it can't be improved on, but that meringue is elevated. The flavor profile along with presentation is top tier. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed. The staff were amazing. If there's a review that says anything negative about the service, I cannot imagine it's real."
