"when we arrived, the restaurant was empty. it was 7:15 o'clock. we had a friendly waiter and got delicious appetizers. we waited a long time for our main meal (in a practically empty restaurant,) when we finally got our food, my steak was boiled and hard and my man fish was cold. I was specific that my steak pink was on the middle and it still wasn't good. for the price we paid, we feel that this evening meal was not worth. no wonder the place was empty."

"We've dined at this restaurant frequently, but for the first time, my husband's fish was not fully defrosted before cooking—it was still cold in the center. He should have sent it back, but he didn't. My steak was also overcooked. We had to keep asking for water, even though we were the only customers there for over an hour. Unfortunately, this time we were very disappointed."

"The restaurant was closed when we arrived, but we were able to make a reservation. However, when we got to the location, we found ourselves in a parking lot where there were a few cars engaging in questionable activities. We contacted the Chandler location for assistance, but they were unable to provide any help. I would caution against making reservations for a restaurant that either doesn't exist or is currently closed. We were disappointed as we were excited to try out this restaurant."
