"A waitress at Cafe Adam came to a restaurant I work at and suggested I give this place a try. I was worried about the prices and how formal it would be, but the casual, comfortable atmosphere with a sophisticated vibe really hit a home run. I often come across the problem that I could usually make what I eat at restaurants myself and it feels wasteful to go out. This was not the case at this restaurant. It is one thing to make something taste good, but the food here makes you feel good. The flavor of the obviously extremely high quality ingredients is simple but complex at the same time. The new caprese for example. The calamari was light and crispy but with and edge of that fatty seafood flavor. The korean bbq ribs have roasted nuts on top that at first are jarring, but work great with the mellow flavor of the meat with the vinegary pickled veg along side. The only complaint I have with the food is that the crispy pork on this tacos was dry, but had great flavor. This is absolutely not a place I will go to frequently, but for special occasions I think I may come back once a month or so. Very glad to have dined here!"
