"Delicious, balanced and creative cocktails. I only ate the duck-leber mouse, but that was good enough to come back and try more! It had a large smooth texture; the strawberry must have been mixed in the puree on the menu, it seemed to give a bit of sweetness that spoiled the earthiness of the liver. The accompanying roasted English muffins had a wealth of golden crumbles that supplement the liver until the point that a bite tasted a bit like a savory and sweet donut! Yum yum!"
