"We made a reservation for this past Sunday, and even got a notice from Opentable to confirm the day before, which I did. Only to get there to a closed restaurant with a sign saying closed for Super Bowl Sunday . Really, really not ok. Obviously this was a planned closure that you neglected to tell Opentable about. Just inexcusable."
