"Overall good experience, however, coming from Puerto Rico, the food was a bit of a disappointment. The Toro mofongo had almost no plantains, the loaded tostones had too many different flavors, and the arroz con gandules tasted weird or had no flavor at all. I will say that the meats were cooked perfectly and had a lot of rich flavor alongside the different sauces that were given on the different plates. The sauces themselves give the traditional plates a bit of a twist, however I feel because of the faults mentioned before the sauces went unappreciated. Overall, the restaurant had great service and ambiance, it just falls short on the traditional plates for their flavor."
