"The BEST Vietnamese food! This is my favorite restaurant. The food is consistently excellent. Although I moved from Syracuse a few years ago, I always make it a point to visit MaiLan whenever I’m back in town. I've tried numerous other Vietnamese restaurants, but none match the freshness and flavor that this delightful little spot offers."

"First time here. The teens working today spent more time on their phones than making the ice cream. My daughter and I were the only customers and it took 20 minutes to get our ice cream. I had to remind them about one of the two things we ordered, they seemed to had forgotten about it, then the nitro was out. Their game system controllers don’t work. Very surprised by all the 5 star reviews. Will definitely never come back."
