"My friend came here and this is what she said , “Lemongrass on Richland ave Lemongrass Restaurant I placed an order online for pickup. PAID for my order when I got there they said they didn't have any clue about what order I was picking up. I show them my confirmation number I show them I'm at the right location and they still don't believe me and act as if I was lying to them. You can literally see where I paid on my bank account. I'm in the car on the phone with customer service and the guy comes out and says he will make my food. Once he brings it out to me he was very rude and told me it was free food and that I didn't pay for it even though I most certainly did). I get home and start eating my food and find two metal pieces in my food” I personally ate here before and it was nasty. Never will I be back! Y’all better make that right w my friend!! ??"

"Went here for the first time just now. The chicken satay was extremely tender and juicy. We also got two lunch special dishes which have amazing portions for the price! We ordered the pad siew with beef and the broccoli chicken rice dish. Both were amazingly flavorful. The cucumber salad served on the side was refreshing and a perfect palette cleanser. Slightly sweet and savory but still very fresh and simple. Will definitely be getting take-out in the future."

"Omg this is the best Thai food that I ever had in my life!! Everything is made with love and I usually dont like sauces but all the sauces were to perfection. I love the option for the spice level with my basil fried rice. Also the curry puffs melted in my mouth, the cucumber sauce wasnt too sweet like other restaurants. I will only order Thai food from this restaurant only from now on. So tasty!"

"I have a little thing I do by myself where I’ll go to a random Thai restaurant and order my favorite dish, pad see eiw. This was the most random restaurant I could’ve picked. Far away from the city, in a small town. I was excited. The food was delicious. Authentic. And filling. I wish I had this quality of Thai food in Chicago. 5 stars. Would recommend!"
