"Once again, Moe's Southwest Grill has did it! They consistently provide good customer service, delicious food, and large portions. I've been coming to Moe's Southwest Grill years, and its far better than Chipotle. The meals are flavorful and delicious, and the pricing are affordable. Plus you get freshly made tortilla chip with salsa. The tortilla chips would've been better if they were warm. Also, the salsa verde was terrible and in in need of improvement."

"Oh my....this place was filthy. Dust everywhere. The food looked old and crusty. There was a old chip on the back of a equipment that you could clearly see. Trash all over the floor were the workers were. The grill looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Workers dont wash their hands after handling money before the prepare food. Floors and tables was a mess. I will never go back there again."

"My first experience at eating Moe's was tonight with my friend kids! I really enjoyed the food. It was clean the staff was pleasant and helpful. They followed COVID-19 protocols. I must also enjoy the Chili con queso! I have a housewrecker bowl that was delicious. You have everything from Burritos, to bowls, Quesadillas or Nachos. I will definitely enjoy it again. Today stopped to try her new spicy chicken! OMG, if you like spicy things I definitely recommend. Actually, I had to add sour cream to my bc of spices. Lol. It was delicious. The staff was happy with me, even though I had to bend them about 4 different times. Will be back soon."

"Our home wrecker bowls were good and filled. Just missing a few things. Didn’t get olives, cucumbers, or sour cream when we specifically asked for them. Wait time was a little more than what we thought it should’ve been, and we didn’t get napkins, salsa, or utensils. Had to make two trips back inside to get what we needed. But as I said, the food was good."

"I'm glad I did it today! I was so impressed by the cleanliness and service of the staff. The guy who prepared my order was super nice, patient with me and clearly explained my things. We had a great conversation and my stack was delicious! 10/10 Overall and I hope the guy gets a lift/recognizing to be a fantastic employee."

"I was so happy that a MOE's was coming to town. We already have lots of Tex Mex restaurants but none of them have queso as good as Moe's! I went inside today because the drive thru headsets are all broken, according to the sign. There was one person in there. It's really sad that not one other employee was able to come and help for lunch rush when this woman, I assume a manager, could easily have not opened the store at all. Instead she does the right thing and is probably gets complaint after complaint from customers about something that is not her fault and beyond her control. I waited 20 minutes for my food and it was worth every second I waited because it was delicious and despite being under a ton of pressure, the one employee in there was nice and had great customer service. I hope that places like this will be able to pay their employees more and make it a better place to work. Because it will inevitably become normal for one or two people to work, shorter hours and lower quality, although the food here is high quality. I hope Moe's can take the measures to save this restaurant and make it a place everyone wants to eat and work."

"I'm going to Frederick MD Moe at least twice a month. 6/25/22 will be the last time for a while. The young lady who works there wanted to charge me extra for sour cream because I asked for something more. The little squirt she put on for the first time would not please anyone. The one I ordered the middle queso and it was only 1/4 full and she murmured something in another language. I wanted to tell them they were just keeping the food, but we were drov30min to get it. We spent 50. Never again."
