"They are understaffed like many restaurants. Our waiter did his best but the food didn’t come for over 1.5 hours and it was cold. The cauliflower steak was just a bunch of cauliflower and not a cut of the whole head as expected. The crab cake, while large, was too sweet and a bit fishy. The steak was good but again, not super warm. They did take 20% off which was a nice gesture. We tipped on the whole bill as again, not the waiter’s fault."
