"I really used to love this franchise and frequented most of its locations. Since it's closure of most stores and new ownership, I regret to say that it has taken a huge turn for the worse. The food quality, portions, and care put into making it seem to have all suffered greatly. From stale bread and obviously not fresh veggies, flat underfilled sandwiches, and haphazard way that all the food seems thrown together, it is no wonder this place has been empty the last few times I have given it a chance. The icing on this depressing cake is the giant mouse/ rat that ran through the dining room and into the cabinet under the soda machine. I think that final nail in the coffin is what will prevent me from ever going back to what was once a favorite place of mine."
