"We were in the area and wanted to grab a quick coffee before hitting the road. Starting off, the parking situation (not totally under their control) is quite scary. Those lots are chaos when it's busy. I saw people making their own spots on sidewalks, in the lanes in the lots to where cars were stuck, etc. We luckily ended up on the side road. Inside was extremely busy. We just needed something to go, and the line was maybe about 10-15 minutes. It didn't seem that long, so I was quite sure what the issue was. There's not a lot of space to line up and I felt a little bad as everyone in line is weaving through the tables and we're pretty much standing over tables as people eat. We ordered our coffees and the service was very quick. To the point where I couldn't even figure out how they were ready that fast, but that's fine. Coffee was also very good. I had a mocha and my wife had a cold brew. I'm definitely not a connoisseur, but I thought it was delicious. Outside of the chaos, I would be curious to see how other items are and try a meal."

"I am extremely disappointed with the quality of macarons and cookies I received from this bakery. My order included 24 macarons of various flavors and a heart-shaped biscuit and cream tower. The macarons were dry and crumbled easily, with some having an artificial taste. The stale taste from the display cooler was also noticeable. However, there were a few flavors that were fresh and moist. The cookie lacked sweetness and the cream was unpleasant. This was given to me as a Valentine's Day gift, making it difficult to tell my loved one that I did not enjoy it. I had hoped for a better experience."

"First note that the Open Table reservations are not accepted as put in the app as the days the Spirit Room is open for dinner do not match. So we were disappointed when we showed up and told it was closed. To their credit, they offered us to eat in the saloon with the lunch menu and the front desk person Chris became our waiter. They did not have any iced tea, the baked Alaska which was on the menu was also not available as it has been discontinued. The food we did have the lunch sirloin wrapped in bacon and the Greek salad were okay but the Brie appetizer and cannolis for dessert were delicious. The nice manager gave us a very nice discount for our issues and I would be intrigued to come back on a weekend to try their dinner menu. Beautiful historic hotel though!!"

"I rate this place 4 out of 5 stars because the desserts are really hit or miss. I would say most desserts are above average, some are out of this world, and the rest are not very good at all. I have been here a few times and this is my first review of the place.Let me start by saying there are a lot of tables inside and it gets very crowded after dinner time. There are not many sit-in dessert places on bell blvd so many people come here. You may be inches away from the next table but the seating is comfortable and turnover is quick.This particular time that I went, I ordered a slice of berry pie with ice cream and a slice of triple chocolate mousse cake. The berry pie had a crumb top which was nice and toasty. The berries gave the pie a nice tart flavor while the crumb topping added a nice textural component. The flavors of the pie complemented the scoop of vanilla ice cream. The mix of warm and cold and tart and sweet is just amazing. The triple chocolate mousse is made of a layer of white chocolate, milk chocolate, and dark chocolate mousse sandwiched in between layers of dark chocolate cake. I typically do not enjoy desserts that are overly chocolately but somehow this cake breaks that rule. All 3 chocolate mousse layers as well as the cake are rich in chocolate flavor without being achingly sweet. I don’t think I could have finished the piece in one sitting but the few bites I had were heavenly."

"what is not to love this place? there are many parking spaces. easy. they have doggy drop stations on the parking lot, which makes this place a beautiful place to stop with their pooch. they even have water dishes outside for the dogs. the exterior decoration is so well made. they feel like in France. chef phillipe is so inviting. he never forgets a face and he needs the time to get out and say hello. you brot is phenomenal. the croissants are the best! the baked are scattered earthly. they even have a money supply as in Europe. the lights outside they let you know when they enter is the best!"

"It's really a pool page menu, but we could find many ways we enjoyed. I had a fillet with mushroom-tasty and a presentation. I had tastes of other, kale salad, crispy pork rod, avocado toast and cauliflower steak all delicious. the chopped salad is delicious and cool as they shake it while serving. the desserts were to eat, loved the mango cheesecake, toffee pudding and chocolate cake."
