"beautiful place. the personal is very nice and professional. the short ribs are so delicious, juicy and delicate. the pupa salad was great and also the rock steak was excellent. the portions are not great, so they should definitely choose a dessert and cappuccino if they love dessert! the drinks are good and the pretty glass decorations from the deck are so beautiful together with the back water wall with changing colors. I have always enjoyed my eating here and have always reservations for us to eat here. I'm just sad that we can't have any more entertainment outside or inside. it's ridiculous. of course not the company choice. once a few years ago (as the cars are parked valet) there was a striped white color on the side mirror of my new acura. I was excited the next day when I found it. the food and drink are good. I wouldn't recommend their drivers."

"I have been eating here since pre-pandemic, when they still had the sushi buffet! Such a great deal, so fresh and delicious. They don't offer that anymore, but they have an amazing lunch special. My favorite sushi in Atlanta. Had to leave a review, as I came in last weekend for lunch and the chef was taking orders, running the register, and preparing the food. Even by himself, he had such a great attitude. I placed a to-go order, and was taken care of, with such kindness! Highly recommend, hard not to go weekly!"

"Well where do I start. First, sat us next to the service station. We asked for a booth and was told there wasn't one available. The hostess was very rough and noisy with the highchair and chair. We asked to speak to a manager and he moved us to one of the 4 available booths. We ordered our food from a very nice waitress. We waited and a guy brought us a bowl of fried rice. That was it. We asked about the rest and he kept repeating us and walked off. Then he came back with a couple plates. Again, not our full order. We asked and he repeated. We figured out he does not speak English. He returned to the dinning area to set down plates at other tables. Our waitress came over to see how we were doing. We told her one plate was cold and we haven't received all our food. She left. The guy came back with a partial order again. We asked the waitress for 2 pcs of cheesecake. We watched him bring them out to a table that no one was sitting at. We asked to see the manager. This was a terrible experience. We tipped the waitress because it was not her fault and advised the mgr that he should have dinning staff that understand the orders. We walked out unsatisfied and very frustrated. The sweet tea was aweful, it tasted like it had artificial sweetener."

"This restaurant is amazing, along with the customer service. It looks family owned, and I can tell the people who work there care for their customers. Food is cooked in front of you and it’s delicious. I feel the bad reviews come from those who don’t cooperate with the workers. English clearly isn’t their first language so they may have errors with orders but when you’re respectful and nice they are the same back."

"The cooking takes an eternity, and they will overlook you if they choose to. I waited in line for 20 minutes, and they completely ignored me, continuing to serve others instead. When I brought it to their attention, they asked for my receipt, as if they didn’t believe I had paid. After I showed them my receipt, they got upset and still made me wait in line. Terrible customer service!"

"Food arrived two and a half hours late. We kept waiting and the delivery time kept getting pushed out. After an hour of this we got frustrated and ordered from Ubereats. The Grubhub app wouldn’t let us cancel the order so then finally after another hour and a half this food came. And it wasn’t even good. They gave me mushy rice instead of noodles and the protein portions were small. Not the Sarku I remember liking at one point, will definitely not be going back. And I probably will switch to Ubereats as well after this experience because of the fees that Grubhub charged me for and did not reimburse, and the way they made it impossible to cancel an order."

"This location is nothing like the location that was in Columbia Mall on Two Notch. For starters they don?t cook their veggies and it?s mainly lettuce. I asked specifically for our food not to be near seafood as my middle child has a seafood allergy. We get home and open the plates to find a piece of shrimp sitting on top of the veggies. We had a taste for Sharku and came to this location expecting the same service we got from the old location only to be severely disappointed. Ahhh, forgot to mention my son was treated like a liar?he went to pick up our food and he had to show proof we paid for four plates instead of three. Won?t be returning."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. The workers there are extremely rude to customers. They don?t call out your order number so I had to go ask to see if it was ready. The guy who was making my food made the order wrong. He gave me chicken bento instead of beef and asked me if I just want the chicken without even apologizing. He started making the beef so angry and gave me attitude. The food itself wasn?t even good too. They give you lot of rice and so little meat. TheCalifornia roll?s rice was all dried out and the veggies had no taste at all. They just boil the vegetables and serve it to u. Ridiculous"
