"Best bagel in the area. Hands down. This locally owned bakery offers a bevy of bagels, bagel sandwiches, and cream cheeses. If you want a sandwich, be prepared to wait. As the sign behind the counter so eloquently states this is not fast food . That being said, I found the service to be prompt and courteous. The dining area is very limited, but clean and well maintained. The self serve coffee is hot and fresh. 10/10, I will go out of my way to visit The Bagel Exchange next time I 'm in Jersey."
