"My husband George and his friends meet at Estrellas twice a week for breakfast or lunch, and they all love the food. My husband is usually hard to please when it comes to food, but he always praises Estrellas. We recently picked up a large bottle of their tortilla soup, and I decided to get some to-go containers for myself. It was delicious! I told him to bring me a container home once a week from now on. I also plan to try their dinners, which I've heard are fantastic. Do yourself a favor and stop by to see for yourself - this place is a gem!"

"This is the perfect spot for a Bushwick group to come together, work, and enjoy a wide selection of food from the menu, as well as wine and beer. "This place was a wonderful find! I went for breakfast with two friends and we just happened to pick this restaurant. I am so glad we did! The menu is packed full of great things, classic breakfast menu items, but also Mediterranean dishes such as the one I ordered. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of it but gosh, this was huge, and delicious!! I didn't think to size it at the time, but it was bigger than the plate definitely larger than 8 inches. I couldn't even finish it! The service was wonderful, as well. Both the waitress and the other worker. They were attentive and so kind. We got to sit down immediately and didn't have to wait long before we got out food. It's a sit down restaurant, but we could have been out in 30 45 minutes or less if we needed to rush. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone who's remotely close by. I sadly don't live in the area but you can bet I'll go if I'm in a 30 minute range! Give it a try and see how much you enjoy it"

"I got the vegan chicken and waffles. My waffle was mushy and sour, just really not good. I’m not at all a picky person but I just couldn’t eat it. The restaurant and bathroom cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There was a roach crawling all over the donut display. I definitely wouldn’t recommend, go to veggie Galaxy instead. The waitress was also mean."

"This is a little secret place we loved to discover. It?s gone fucked in a quiet corner and has a menu full of options we could choose?t between! I just tried breakfast pasta because I had never seen anything like that before. It was pretty good I don't know if I would get it again because it was a lot of carbohydrates, but I really enjoyed it. His salmon sandwich was incredible and we can't wait to go back. Service was a little slow, so I wouldn't recommend it if you were in a hurry."

"Breakfast is my favorite dinner of the day, but I don't have time to eat it. So if I choose a place to breakfast / brunch, I am sure to choose wisely. Southern Kitchen offers excellent food with great service and will not disappoint. The food here is GOOD and the portions big enough to really fill you. I ate quite a lot to the edge of throwing up, and I still wanted more! The service is super friendly where they even fall on a knee to take your order. The place is quite small and is quite crowded. We came at 1 o'clock (I guess this is not really breakfast or brunch more), but still there was a short 10-15 minutes waiting for a party of 2. I would highly recommend this place if you have a desire for a good hearty breakfast with service to keep you smile."

"came here for the first time after hearing from some friends. Bus Orlando was amazing, he was actually more friendly and attentive than our server, so thank you Orlando!! He should be encouraged to serve (if that is something he wants). The atmosphere was very welcoming. We sat in the back terrace, which has an open ceiling concept and it was extremely aesthetically appealing. My friend and I both had the fillet, one side of the garlic potatoes and their Brussels sprouts. One of the BESTTTT files I've ever had. Extreme juice and delicate and now my top-fav. The potatoes of the mash did not have too much taste to discuss, but the Brussel spears made sure of it and not disappointed. My friend and I were both very happy with the experience as a whole and we look forward to a return."
